Refund policy

At Go Off Road Electric, all products are manufactured and assembled made to order based on the customer’s selected specifications. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Because our products are made to order, customised, or assembled specifically for each customer, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production has begun. Under UK and EU consumer law, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product is manufactured specifically for you and cannot be resold.

For this reason, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or compatibility issues once production has started. Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering.

If your item arrives faulty, defective, or damaged, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where a replacement is not possible. The resolution method will depend on stock availability, production timelines, and the nature of the fault.

Items must not be returned without prior written approval. Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer protection legislation, Australian Consumer Law, or applicable United States consumer protection laws.
